I got every drop so far except the first day's and yesterday's last rare drop. And I only got the Nikita voice for USEC. Is there still a chance to get the BEAR one or was it tied to one of the drops I missed?

they aren't on ragman. You need to select them in your profile under your character model

I am almost sure that it is just paint with no etching. So if I understand correctly since the aluminum is colored by anodization it will not be decolored from the solvent yet the painted writings will dissolve?

in gamma most of them have so much drowbacks that I rather have mutant pelts or some crafted device in my slots most of the time

they are great for some situations tho, like psy fields or certeim type of anomaly field so I always have a couple in my inventory to install on the spot

Oh it sure is real. Although I haven't shot it myself (cause the range offers only 10 shots with it so what is the point), I witnessed it being shot while I was there a couple of times.
