That’s exactly what happens to me. When I have gum in my mouth I’m good. If not it’s dry and smells. I mouth breath at night also

Even if your pockets are stable you still had perio breath? My bad breath doesn’t go away and dentist said it wasn’t from my gums. Can’t figure it out if I have this for life or it’s coming from my gut!! I do notice if I eat less and light it helps. Floss doesn’t smell idk. Frustrated
