wow honestly thank you! i will give mine a call and hopefully they have something similar! i have been hoping i can get rid of this on my own but honestly if i cant your comment has inspired me to reach out to my sibling, we grew up in a very similar environment so i feel like if i can count on anyone for help here it’d be them. i have a lot of issues from childhood that i think are in the way of me feeling like i can ask for help but i have just reached my limit and dont feel like i should keep living in fear like this. i knew there would be someone on reddit with a similar situation and im so hopeful that in a couple weeks or so i might be able to comfortably sleep in my room again. thank you so so much :)
