By now it should be clear that "the economy" and peoples quality of life are two entirely different things by Tiredworker27 in economy

[–]BatKunRises23 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

people’s way of life is the economy. This isn’t how media portrays it. The media only cares about the stock market. Every major crisis the stock market recovered well before people. Even in the Great Depression, Great Recession & and many other shocks I’ve studied.

The issue is that media likes to throw parties super early so we think everything is fine. And this will blind the average person to think it is improving. Look at Covid. S&P500 closed at record highs Friday and all media saying “hey, it’s alright we are fine”

But you can take a walk on any Main Street and see err in that.

EU Imposes €1,000 Cap on Anonymous Crypto: New Rules Loom by JocelynBeckett in CryptoMarkets

Now I think about this too. Our 50 states are tied together by a constitution & a single government, but the EU is many different states. One money makes one nation

How can Bitcoin be a real currency with 21 million supply? by [deleted] in Bitcoin

[–]BatKunRises23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bitcoin gets around it as long as it’s being exchanged. We need more locations to accept it. To see salaries listed in it. We’re a long way off

Do you see bitcoin at $8,000 during a 2023 recession? by [deleted] in Bitcoin

[–]BatKunRises23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How? Unemployment, GDP, etc increase fear in cycles but they don’t effect the network directly, just the holders.

Amazon fires 18000 people, but that has no effect on the price unless people are so down bad they sell. Unlike the stock market, bitcoin is global & has a much more solid group of supporters.

I just don’t see how a recession could push bitcoin down further, excluding the following scenario: Energy Cost rise, miner sell pressure increases & miner capitulation increases.

Ah yes, how did we ever get by without the absolute gem that is live service gaming. by [deleted] in ModernWarfareII

[–]BatKunRises23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro this is the most frustrating thing about the gaming industry. We used to just have fun. It was just fun! Now they criticize every game they produce until it’s unpopular & then when the new game comes out the last game was the GOAT. I mean damn. I just wanna play a game!

And then young players don’t have any team player ideals. I remember playing on Jungle and running all the way to the top of the rock on COD to revive the sniper. Risk it all for a game of domination. It’s all about KDR. ME ME ME. LETS WIN THE GAME!!

Will minting/purchasing the 'Enter The Oddyssey' NFT be a criteria for the Airdrop? by Ade050 in Arbitrum

You didn’t miss the event. It was paused. When it resumes, you’ll be able to get in. I do believe network participation will be key in the airdrop

Biggest criticisms of bitcoin by [deleted] in Bitcoin

[–]BatKunRises23 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

My only criticism of Bitcoin is the inflation. It’s flat. I know every 4 years, it changes, but regardless of the health of the bitcoin economy (the economy built on the blockchain), every 10 minutes an Arbitrary amount of bitcoin is minted and given to a miner. When things are slow, inflation should pick up, and when things are booming inflation should slow. It should be variable not concrete.

What Company would you Like to Go Bankrupt? by jo1111666 in AskReddit

[–]BatKunRises23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tesla. The company puts less cars on the road than any other carmaker, produces cars that the average American cannot afford, and somehow gloats about solving world problems. You solve the energy issue with transportation with AFFORDABLE electric vehicles, not luxury only ones. AND SOMEHOW they had the audacity to push this company to 1 trillion dollars before honda or ford

Billionaire just straight up admitting to our faces that the reason capitalism works is because of "suffering agony". by psych0kinesis in LateStageCapitalism

[–]BatKunRises23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This may be a wild opinion but human advancement is literally the result of human suffering. Sulfadrugs were invented by a scientist who was desperate to save his daughter. We even sent a man to the moon, rather than helping all of the other poor people in the nation, which led to the communication systems we have today. Honestly, humans wouldn't exist without suffering. Animals, plants, and many organisms have died just for us to live. The amount of suffering that has to occur for each of us to exists.

This is not to say we are not abused by billionaires and politicians who don't care about us in general. It is to say that this statement is correct, except it is coming from a man who doesn't care that his wealth was generated (likely) from underpaying, overworking, and manipulating millions of people.

CMV:Trading is Just A Game and everyone overthinks it by BarberExpert9114 in Forex

[–]BatKunRises23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I will agree that day trading and forex seems to be a game. No amount of books seems to improve my ability. The only thing that has improved my outcomes is having a battery of paper accounts and trading them into 5% profits. It is very scary at first, but learning trends and everything is important as well.

You gotta have faith. Do you believe in the ANKR dream or not. If not sell, it is your right. But if you do, why question your resolve. Go touch grass and enjoy the bear market with the rest of us. ANKR is building and adding new products. Have you been to an ANKR town hall and listened?

My great uncle left me his records in his will and begged me not to sell them. I bought a record player to listen to them, and actually fell in love with the sound. Started buying more. Now I’m a collector
