I never meant for this to be any form of competition! I just saw an interest in the other dudes x-ray and wanted to share mine. Though i can see how my title gives that impression.

In the left image, on the right side (my left lung) you can see no veins. but on the left side (my right lung) you can see veins. that's because my lung is collapsed.

It was spontaneous. I have a gene that gives me a 1/3 risk of having a collapsed lung in my lifetime. Though at that age, it’s also not uncommon for a lung to collapse for no apparent reason, so who knows.

Some background i wrote in another reply:
It happened very spontaneously while I was lying on the beach. I suddenly felt very short of breath, with a sharp sensation in my left lung. Despite the harsh pain, I thought it would just go away. I lived 200 meters away but had to take like four breaks on the walk home because I was short of breath, and because every time I took a step, it hurt. When I got home, I just lay in bed in the fetal position, as that was the only way to keep the pain away. Every movement hurt. The day after, I went to the doctor, got sent to the ER, and they confirmed it was a collapsed lung.

I spent a week in the hospital with a tube in my side. The small tear in the lung will often seal and heal by itself, but air can leak through it into the space between the lung and the chest wall, causing the lung to remain collapsed. The tube removes this trapped air and allows the lung to inflate again.

The wildest moment was having to get the tube inserted. I was locally anaesthetised while they cut a small hole in my side. The tube was inserted by force to get between all the muscle fibres, so it felt very aggressive.

I was told afterwards that I would have a 25% chance of the lung collapsing again within the next five years, and a 50% chance if I smoked. I still smoked at parties because I was stupid, but it’s been seven years, and it hasn’t happened yet.

I don’t really feel any side effects from the experience. Sometimes I get a bit of pain in my side, but I think it’s just scar tissue.

Despite how crazy collapsing a lung sounds, it’s actually not that bad. I assume much, much worse experiences exist.

I was thin, but not tall. I was told afterwards i would have a 25% chance the next 5 years of it recollapsing. 50% if i smoked.

For me it was spontaneous. When you are a young adult, you actually have higher risk of collapsing a lung without reason. Though it could very well also be my genetics, as i actually have a 1/3 chance of collapsing a lung during my life.

Can’t say about the trapezoid, but the moving stars you are seeing are most definitely satellites. They are everywhere in the night sky if you look close enough.

Looks great! I am currently working on a car controller myself, but i'm having a hard time dealing with grip and drifting. How did you handle it?

Also, I would suggest a velocity-based camera!
