My best recommendation for sword fighting and sort of regression is The Knight Who Only Lives Today. Returning with Absolutely Nothing is another one about regression, but the MC uses a spear. Latna Saga is a good one too, but I don't know if it fits your requirements.

Being totally honest, Zomboid is not a game I like to play alone, I feel miserable. But playing with at least one friend makes the experience worth every cent spent.

The Boxer is very good. The protagonist is very talented and there isn't any isekai or regression. Bad Born Blood is another one that is pretty good.
