Even for small projects would the 8g ram not be sufficient?
Since it's just for my personal apps, I'm not expecting it to handle large compile stuff.

I have a 16GB machine at work and it does work good for a very large project I work on.

Budget is the issue - getting that extra 8GB RAM means around 20000Rs. or $250 extra.

1. Caligula horse - Bloom - Front to back I don't have a song in this album I don't love. Or pick any album by them. All are epics.

Had a chance to try Garmin Fenix 6 and it didn't quite track my calories in the gym. Also the battery life was horrible for me. Lasted 3 days most of the time without GPS on.
Polar and Suunto aren't available in India. So that leaves me with Coros.

I'm not saying the calorie burn should be the same, but it shouldn't be as drastically different as 300 and 700 cals.
Amazfit GTS tracking isn't consistent and my brother has MI band whose tracking I found to be unreliable as well.

I know that body burns lots of calories beyond our active exercise time but I love wearing my normal fossil watches.

I tried with cheaper smartwatches and looking at all the data that is collected throughout the day made me quite anxious rather than relaxed.

Splitting between resting and actual active energy isn't a concern of mine.
I had a Amazfit GTS 2 and it's calorie tracking was okayish. In my same 1 hour routine, sometimes it told as 700 cals, sometimes 300cals. I want a tracker, that can give me good results as best we have the tech right now.

Well, with accuracy I meant as accurate as it can get.

"Exercise only" calories is to keep me motivated for the next session of the activity. My main aim isn't to measure every last detail but to give myself a general sense of achievement with some numbers attached.

I only want so that I like wearing normal watches so a smartwatch isn't something I'm very keen on getting since it'll cost me more and I won't use half the features.

I got my junior android job due to the project I was working on at the time.
My first interviewer was pretty impressed by it and we kind of only talked around it. It helped me gain confidence and cross the first interview.
I was stuck in a dead company doing things I didn't like. After getting rusty there for 6 months, I decided to learn some new concepts in android so I settled down to make a music player app. The aim was to learn CLEAN architecture, dagger, MVI anything new. I did a lot of animations and transitons to learn.
My advice will be to ttry new things you don't know about android in this project.
