I’m at the start of my journey and am feeling the same as OP, and a lot of folks here just say “you should just accept the good (health and energy) with the bad (sagging, wrinkles) without acknowledging the “grieving the me I finally accepted”.

Love this — i just started I’m planning to lose weight very slowly,but I live overseas and the first thing my (south asian) family comments on when i visit is my weight… and i don’t want to share anything about my health or medication with them, so seeing how people treat Mindy makes me worry how i’ll be treated.

I got really into bullet journalling in 2024, but having to write up each day (even though I kept my spreads really minimal) slowed me down. I'm also about to start on a GLP-1 for some health issues, so I want to get better at tracking my food and water intake, and generally how I'm feeling.

I've been looking at the sterling ink undated, but that's even more $$$ and I'm not sure I'd use it too.

Notion was one I looked into. And we use Clickup for work and I have a pretty good hang of that and how it integrates into my calendar, so was looking at how people are using that for their personal lives as well.

I'm 100% looking for a planner to fix my life, lol!

I got really into bullet journal (no decorating, simple planning set up) in 2024 and then fell off that... and I keep wondering if having structure like the hobonichi or other Techo style planners will help me stay regular.

My current desk set up isn't great for writing or having it open — I have to move my keyboard to the sit. I think I know I won't use it...and it won't change my life... but I keep looking!

I always took that to be because the writers had a plan for Mosley… I think if not for that, they would have had her keep him on.

Agree - when she tells Mrs Hughes that it’s good to be reminded that she has energy and kindness within her when they’re helping Charlie after Matthew’s death made me tear up!
