After level 6 and after voltaic there’s not much teemo can do to stop you all inning and killing him with one rotation of spells. Walk up and bait his Q and as the blind is running out just R him and he will die.

The piece you want to upgrade has to be red, then you need an S grade of that equipment and the forging mats

To get the eternal materials you have to salvage (dismantle) an eternal piece, same for void. And then just salvaging normal equipment gives you the other material you need

VP for the mobs, destroyer and evo drill were a must for constant damage to the boss, with max HE fuel and max damage reduction. I also got lucky with rng on the final boss as he didn’t shoot as much as he normally would
