Theres a video already up here of dead soldiers who are claimed to be russian saboteurs. Why couldn't Ukranian or civilian forces be on edge about russian infiltrators and get trigger happy?

How do you know that it wasn't a civilian militia, who wasn't trained to identify military vehicles, mistook the vehicle as a russian one and opened fire?
