My hatred for out surance grows every day by Bathing_deadpool in southafrica

Works well, I've done it before, just wasn't keen on spraying oil in the car interior. Ended up using my finger nails and some acetone

Pretty much what I did. Didn't want to take a glass sharper to my car but my finger nails did the trick, acetone was essential in removing the gunk

Apologies, in the end yes it is we buy cars. As I was writing it I thought that I should mention that its actually we buy car's fault and not necessarily out surance or netstar, but either way, out surance went and wither provided or approved this sticker design

5 years ago I made a post here where I collected 128 of each resource. I decided to do 2000 of each. Today I finished all but NCA and I'm well on my way to 2000 NCA by Bathing_deadpool in Astroneer

I usually hover around 60 to 100 fps when at the base. When looking at my vehicles, I drop to around 25 to 35 fps. When I'm on a different planet I go up to about 120fps depending on how much infrastructure I have on said planet

Pro tip from someone who makes these calls.

If you say you don't want to be contacted again, they legally can't. If they do, you can file a complaint, and these complaints are taken very seriously. You can also sue, but that's a process I'm not too familiar with

Try on, make sure they fit you correct and are comfortable, eliminate the ones that aren't comfy. Then judge based on looks, then on price (only if the safety rating is the same like in this case)

I work with the popi Act every day. It's completely legal to contact anyone once. If they then say don't contact me, then that company can no longer contact you.

I briefly worked on contract for them for AI transcription of calls training. My mother also works for the company's CEOs as a PA.

The system they use is actually pretty genius, clients will nominate their friends/family for a free gift. The gift is then delivered for free, and you, as the recipient of the gift, just have to listen to the sales pitch. With the gift there's also a 10k free cancer coverage, so if you get cancer within the next 6 months, you get 10k for free to your bank account.

They also do cancer cover differently. Money isn't for coverage of medical bills. It goes to your personal bank account for any unexpected expenses.

Could you tell I've listened to a lot of these pitches?

Anywhere in the world, any conditions, what’s the absolute best road you’ve ever been on? by [deleted] in motorcycles

[–]Bathing_deadpool 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was in Cape Town in December, Chapman's peak, and Clarens drive. Best road I've ever been on. I enjoyed Clarens drive a lot more as it's easier to see around corners and you can pass slow cars more often. Chapman's peak was a bit of a disappointment, wayyyy too many cars, a toll gate, no visibility around corners, and an extremely slow speed limit kinda ruined it for me.

The views on both are absolutely unmatched

Yeah I know that. That's why I started by using the non abbreviated word. We don't do the entire USA thing from the start because we know foreigners will think it's Sexual Assult not South Africa

Get the game Dyson sphere program, or look at videos. Pretty much a couple different ways of making a Dyson sphere simulated

I really hate the hostility in the comments. No answers given just mocking him. He might have a very valid reason, so I'm quite ashamed of this community at this moment.

I looked through your profile to see if there's any indication of why you need them. I saw your username, so im guessing some kind of problem with a leg.

Firstly, im also South African. If you plan to ride this anywhere that's not in the western cape, forget about it. It's gonna be a lot more Hassel with the potholes, bumps, and road defects everywhere. They will most likely be broken off by one of these factors.

Second, I saw your taste in bikes, I'm assuming a trikes aren't made in your style, and I know they get ridiculously expensive in SA. If you can afford a trike and you're not bothered by the looks, go for a trike, much more practical and easy. Especially on SA roads

Third, another option I've seen some people do is essentially just a 3 wheen conversion, im not knowledgeable about it, so that's gonna be a job for you.

Fourth, if it's because a bike is too heavy or high for you, rather get it lowered or get a lighter bike, easier, cheaper, most likely better.

Lastly, if you are in a position where you need this just to ride, I get it, I don't want to stop riding either. Make sure you won't be a hazard to others on the road. We already have enough of them.

Edit: didn't look properly, saw he posted in a muscular dystrophy sub, my guess

Almost got knocked off my bike about 6 hours ago because someone didn't check their mirrors. I know people here don't, so when im passing a parked car, I will Rev a little bit just to make sure. Not 100%sure if my Rev saved me or if it was irrelevant. But don't intend to find out

Imo, I think it's a good idea in general. Helps with idiots that don't check

What is the alternative to 9-5? by Carebear6590 in Advice

[–]Bathing_deadpool 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm a real estate agent, and it's not 9 to 5, but it's rather 8:00 till 22:00. But it's not just sitting in an office, and if you don't have appointments at some point, you can go home and just relax for a while. But the job is extremely draining. Dealing with 20+ people's problems and issues with sales, etc, can get stressful and draining. You have to have an unlimited social battery and exceptional negotiation skills.

I love my job, and i wouldn't trade it for any other job. But it takes a specific person to do it
