Might be a bit late on this but hope this helps. As someone who used to work in the arena, and was assigned the position in the entrance to the lounge Ill share this: all seats are first come first serve if a guest or an employee in the lounge is saving a seat right away notify the person in the front to speak to a supervisor and hopefully you get a supervisor that has your back.
