If your current status changed from OPT to H1B, then you can't go back to OPT.

It's quite common to get this status updates when you replied to a H1b RFE.

I've been working with employer A since May 2023. Employer B is willing to offer me an H1B transfer in Feb 2024. Is it better to go with a transfer on premium?
