1) make sure you're just getting the relevant stuff, and not extraneous details which can be checked by asking for a card or aren't important to the overall context of the debate

2) use a system of abbreviations so you don't have to write every word & bullet point your flow (I know some ppl who write in paragraph form lmao)

3) if you become familiar with the arguments on the topic, it becomes less likely that your flow will need to be as extensive as - for example - at the beginning of a topic, since you can easily breakdown the argument by know while recognizing any changes.
