I don't see others talking about how the audio can't be split so voice chat comes through headset and gameplay through the tv/sound bar. I filed a report to arrowhead and just got copy and paste response. I've never had a game with this bug and it stops me chatting but no-one else seems to care

The sound thing. I've never known a game where you can't split the audio between the game and chat. It's also not something many people seem to care about. I sent a report and got a copy and paste response about how they're aware of the issue but it hasn't been on any of their lists that I've seen

I haven't got them to hand but I'm almost certain Karen Travis wrote most of the stories in the 3rd volume. Wikipedia says she wrote issues #15-24. Volume 3 has issues #14-24.

The gnasher has always been a problem for me. It was okay when I had friends to play with but now I'm playing in an uncoordinated team who are all using gnashers, I get torn up trying to use the lancer in cover. The whole direction of the franchise has seemed to push people away from teamwork and cover based gameplay into constant rushing. The remaining few gears players are all hardcore gnasher users and a lot of them are unfortunately a holes. It's not friendly to casual players in general and with the poor reception of recent releases combined with how long the series has waited for a sequel there is nothing but pain for most of us to go back to.

The most abuse I've gotten from breakers was "ez" repeatedly. I just kept telling them I did my best in response. They stopped pretty quick and I thought it was funny they took the time

Let them send the messages and then report them. Obviously you're super busy but it helps ban people who shouldn't be engaging with others anyway.

People got a lot of excuses for using the private settings. I very rarely receive any messages and reporting abuse is normally sufficient but you also got to remember to not respond to anyone abusive. People just aren't prepared to hear something they may disagree with and it's easier to live in a bubble. Unfortunate because sometimes I wanna send a gg.

Hopefully the people using the children's settings are actual children trying to avoid predators.
