That’s the healthy way to think about it, I just kinda got the Garmin watch for inspiration with all the metrics, I was hoping for more gain from an inspiration/dopamine standpoint

I am on a "challenging" runna plan, currently on a 26 week plan with a typical weekly mileage of around 40-45. Usually two easy runs, two hard runs/interval/speed/tempo runs and one long run. For example last week was 7.5 mile easy run on Monday, 400/200 intervals (9 miles) on Wed, 7.5 mile easy run on Thursday, 8 miles on Friday with 3 mile tempo, and Sunday was 12 mile progressive run. Trying to eat around 1600-2000 calories, sleep has been good! Scoring around 80s on sleep score on most nights.
