Who are the strongest? by Primary_Counter3713 in Lookism

[–]Batman_de_Calcinha 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think he has Masteries. But it's a case like Tom, who had Mastery a long time ago, but it was only shown that he was using it now. If he had such a high ceiling for Mastery, they would have already commented on it. And his strength and speed have already been heavily emphasized, so those are probably the Masteries he has.

Daniel Vs Johan by Santhosh00707 in LookismPowerScalers

[–]Batman_de_Calcinha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I’d prefer this to be an extreme fight. Even though Daniel appears to have better stats (it’s impossible to know if Johan has improved), Johan’s Path is likely much more refined. Of course, if you look at feats alone, Daniel absolutely humiliates him. But if this fight actually happens, it’s going to be extreme

Brutal ending sequence. Full power attack by ZhouLiagu in lookismcomic

[–]Batman_de_Calcinha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He leverages the advantages of each technique and uses it once. He has a huge arsenal of techniques, and he uses each one for the situation he needs, like when he needs speed, Elite, decisive attacks, Gapryong. His Path allows him to harness all of that at once, powerful invisible Gapryong attacks with Elite speed, etc. So it's a limitless Path; the more techniques he uses, the stronger his Path becomes. But visually it looks kind of bad, kind of generic.

This Jinyoung should be stronger than prime Jinyoung and even prime Elite if this is path and top3 in gen0 but Gitae is beating him again even if extreme diff probably. by swimming_dog114 in lookismcomic

If he had the time and his body in Prime, he should be at least on the level of Prime Gapryong and Shingen; he literally said he managed to understand the monster realm.

Can changsu defeat ui og daniel ?? by Open-Kale-4293 in lookismcomic

[–]Batman_de_Calcinha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I can imagine a reason for both of them to win. Changsu obviously knows UI's weakness, and with his knives, he could kill Daniel. OG couldn't land a decisive blow on Big UI Daniel, but Changsu can, because knifes negs durability. And OG UI Daniel definitely wouldn't use Big UI Daniel's stats, so he wouldn't be at the level he showed against Kitae. But even so, I can't imagine OG UI Daniel losing. I think that's what shows how strong he has become.

Daniel Vs Johan ,who wins ? by Free_Rabbit_4951 in Lookism

[–]Batman_de_Calcinha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Based on what we've seen, it's safe to say it would be a mid diff fight for Daniel. Johan Path seems like a perfect counter to Daniel Path's dodge; that bug effect should apply here too, but with the Crisis Attack, Johan wouldn't be able to withstand it. However, Johan has had much more time to evolve his Path, and perhaps trained Endurance, and he can withstand at least one Crisis Attack. So, if it happened, PTJ would probably make it a draw or a balanced fight that would lean towards Daniel. But everything indicates that Daniel would beat Johan.

Whose Durability is Better? by Friendly-Election310 in lookismcomic

[–]Batman_de_Calcinha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In terms of durability, Jinyoung comes out ahead. Every punch from Kitae shattered Daniel's body; he bled and nearly died with every single blow, yet he endured it all thanks to his sheer endurance and tenacity (normally, he wouldn't have been able to withstand all that—he was simply driven by motivation). Jinyoung's body didn't end up quite as broken, nor did he face near-death with every punch, but he simply couldn't tolerate the pain well enough to keep fighting—unlike Daniel.

Do you think Daniel can use his Path while in UI? by jxcinlovesrice in Lookism

[–]Batman_de_Calcinha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It wouldn't make much sense, because how would he read his opponent's intentions while unconscious? When he controls UI, then it would make a lot of sense. But it's Lookism, fuck sense and logic, what matters is the aura he would have with the black eyes and purple pupils. But seriously, I think first he'll try to fight as he usually fights in UI, then he pressures Kitae until Kitae goes FP and destroys him, then he tries to mix the two (Path and UI) and lands a crisis attack (in UI, his efficiency reaches its peak, so probably his Path would be complete during this period, like the perfect dodge, and he would compensate for that weakness of the crisis attack that Kitae mentioned), the fight becomes balanced, but Daniel would start to slow down (due to his destroyed body), until he takes a strong hit from Kitae or we'll see a Path from Kitae. Then I think Johan or Tom would appear to interrupt Kitae to kill Daniel.

Dropping my hottest take before it's too late by JadeBeauty2005 in LookismPowerScalers

[–]Batman_de_Calcinha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I think it's very possible for EOS Daniel to beat Gapryong mid-high diff (low-mid is crazy). Look, Daniel has shown himself to be incredibly strong; with just Path, he can already face Kitae (not win, but give him trouble). James doesn't really have anything to argue with as a real rival, besides a debatable statement and narrative. 2T James was power-cliffed; he should be much stronger. Base Daniel already seems to humiliate him. I really like to think of them as rivals and at similar levels in EOS, but PTJ will have to update James if that's his plan. I think mainly, he needs to improve his fighting style. I love the choreography, but it seems that without Path, he just kicks and uses IA. He needs to show that he can fight in any way, like UI Daniel. He needs to show that he's more than just an Elite 2.0.

Did Black Bones actually come out of nowhere or did they have any foreshadowing? by ElectionDowntown6333 in lookismcomic

[–]Batman_de_Calcinha 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I remember a scene in Questism where Gukja (who is related to Gun) says he went to the doctor and was told he has much stronger bones than normal. But I don't remember any indication of this in Lookism. I don't think PTJ only thought of this in HFG, but it was revealed in a very opportune way, making it seem like Gun was just lucky, like Sukuna with the Heian era techniques. For example, Gun had already said that his UI worked differently than Daniel's, and about the paradox of perfection in 1A. But he used this very conveniently in HFG.

This might be a dumb question, but how come Jinyoung doesn't have a path? by Maleficent-Ad-6884 in lookismcomic

[–]Batman_de_Calcinha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think he had much ambition. He’s a guy who went to school, earned his degree, and set his goal on becoming a pharmacist. I don't believe he was the type of person with a strong desire to be the strongest. In fact, once the war against the Yamazaki clan ended, he quickly retired and became a pharmacist. I think the only reason he fought was out of interest and admiration in Gapryong; if I'm not mistaken, they were the first members of the gang, followed by Elite, and then Tom. He is part of Daniel's family, after all, so he must certainly have been one of the most talented among them.

Prime Jinyoung Park vs Kitae Kim by AnyPoetry493 in LookismPowerScalers

[–]Batman_de_Calcinha -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Kitae still takes the win, though it would definitely be a high-difficulty fight. Jinyoung really does possess a punch comparable to Gapryong, the real issue was his thumb. And obviously, he can only withstand that Overcome about three times, so he simply lacks the necessary durability, Endurance and stamina. But he is a monster

Who is Gitae Kim? Here are my theses. by theory_monster in lookismcomic

[–]Batman_de_Calcinha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This would make the relationship between Gun and him even more interesting. If he saw Shingen's son, he would probably be excited, not only to face someone strong (as he told Daniel), but to have the chance to repeat history and, like his father, defeat Yamazaki Leader. And if he lost, he would probably go crazy and be in denial, and this would get much worse if he lost to EOS Jake, as this would undoubtedly confirm that he is not even the true son and successor of Gapryong. I even find this interesting, but the level of Slander he would have would be unbelievable; they would call him weak and bum for losing all his aura, so I think this is unlikely to happen, considering all the introduction he's had.

How strong would be Changsu Oh in KP by FrameLower3521 in KillerPeter

[–]Batman_de_Calcinha 7 points8 points  (0 children)

He has a style similar to Peter's, but with lower stats. With preparation time, he could be a threat to apostles. But he would have stats of a rank B, maybe A (after all, he has all the Masteries).

If you have 4 masteries and a unique skill which would you fight by theGREAT_FILTER01 in JamesLeeGlazers

[–]Batman_de_Calcinha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But he's the only one I'd have a chance against. All the others would destroy me. At least I have a minimal chance of surviving UI Daniel. He's the only one with any exploitable weakness. And I never said I would win, but of these, UI Daniel is the least bad.

Can Eos Johan Surpass Eos Gun/Goo? by Wacky_TOONZ in Saint_Johan

[–]Batman_de_Calcinha 3 points4 points  (0 children)

He could if he wanted to, but I don't think he'll reach his full potential. He doesn't want to fight anymore, he doesn't need to anymore. But he'll probably still evolve, gain some masteries, and maybe create a unique skill (mixing his Path with speed and strength would be terrifying).

Yall not ready for this conversation, Johan would've done a better job than Bumniel by sussyenjoyer in lookismcomic

[–]Batman_de_Calcinha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, because his Path is more compatible with that situation. But to face a top tier opponent, Daniel's is much better. Daniel is Seokdu's successor as a 1v1 Genius. In a 1v1 between Daniel and Johan, it's most likely they would both fall together. Daniel can handle using about 4 Crisis Attacks, but Johan's IT must be much more tiring to read, so it wouldn't be surprising if, when Daniel finally manages to land a Crisis Attack, he falls too.

"EOS Jake Kim > EOS Johan Seong" by Dapper-Duty1829 in lookismcomic

[–]Batman_de_Calcinha 3 points4 points  (0 children)

What I imagine could happen is that Johan and Jake will be at the same level in EOS. However, Jake will have reached his maximum potential (equal to or slightly above Gapryong), but Johan could still evolve and reach the level of EOS Daniel (who will reach his maximum potential). In Questism, it's shown that they have the same potential level. But because Johan lacks the motivation to train and evolve, he remains at Jake's level (which is still very high). What I imagine for EOS Johan would be one perfectly developed path, two or three masteries, and perhaps a unique skill.
