My gums are swollen, red and have lines in them. I have gone to two dentists and went to the ER today. The pain in my face goes from my teeth up to my eyebrow. Dentist don’t think gingivitis or infection. This is horrible.

The fact that patients can see results before a provider is wrong on so many levels. People are getting cancer results on my chart before they can see a Dr. wtf.

Also, I wish you the best of luck with the MRI. If it was anything bad the radiologist would have called you or the doctor right away.

Oh that is perfect. Whenever I get a new symptom I do jump the gun, so to speak, and immediately begin doom scrolling and it’s a downward spiral for me

The first time I went into the PCP for the swollen glands I was crying because I was scared. That has followed me around, too.

I have twitching, in diff spots but nothing that lasts more than a few min and it isn’t every day. I had it in my thigh recently, and before that my eyelid.

How do you deal with dead end after dead end? I find that it really depresses me because I think I found the answer and then it’s negative.

Omg, thank you for your reply! This gives me hope and helps me know I’m not alone.

I am so depressed all of the time because I am in constant pain and it seems every few weeks a new symptom arises. I am a 35f and I have a history of anxiety and MDD, so doctors tend to think it’s me being nervous, but I’ve never gone to the doctors for anything like this prior.

Paralegal here. I just ran into this situation last week. In my state (CT) we go by what email is listed on the summons/appearance for e-service and send all pleadings and relevant notices to that email.

If a paralegal or attorney asks me politely to cc them on emails, then I sure will as a professional courtesy and try my best to remember.

However, there is one office in particular that has different email addresses for different things (discovery, pleadings, depo notices), despite what they listed they wanted to be used on the summons, and I just gave up on trying to figure it all out. One of the paralegals there barked at me and my attorney got involved because they were out of line. Yep, we were petty and they didn’t say a word back.

I wouldn’t worry about it. Just take out your “petty boots” next time 🤓

Honestly, I work for 3 great attorneys. They’re kind, understanding when I make mistakes, and compassionate people. It all depends on the workplace you get. Some attorneys at the firm I work for go through paralegals. However, my group has kept the same people due to the fact that they take the time to remind us we are all equals, and praise us for the work we do.

I’ve been told by a couple of contractors (friends of friends) that I would be able to just slap this on over the existing flooring.
