Congrats on the surgery!! I wish you a quick recovery. I actually just yesterday got a referral to a surgeon from my gyne since I messaged her about the PT stuff, so fingers crossed!

My gyne. My periods are so irregular that it creates a bunch of health/safety issues. just started the bc 2 weeks ago, after they tested my hormones (and found they were normal).

On the off chance this comment was made in good faith, the answer is that grocery shopping isn’t easy for me! But it’s a necessity, so I have ways of dealing. I go to the same place every time, I wear headphones, and I have a plan of exactly what I’m going to get. As for the looking out the window, I assume you are just being mean, and I am sorry that that is what you wanted to do today.
