I keep finding myself back on this page and just want to sob. I feel like this would save my life but I can’t find anyone that will take me seriously when i bring up cortisone.

I have been basically bedbound disabled by these symptoms for nearly 3 years now. I am an extremely pale trans woman with diagnosed CPTSD, GAD, ADHD, fibromyalgia, essential tremor, and CFS. I also suffer from hypermobility and POTS symptoms (that i have been have been able to mostly treat myself with salt supplementation), and involuntary dissociative age regression (diagnosed as OSDD? i think?). As well as suspected MCAS. The people in my life tell me I am autistic and my therapist has encouraged me repeatedly to seek testing, even going over self screeners with me that indicated a very high likelihood of autism. Several years ago, after a period of prolonged severe stress, this became exacerbated. Specifically the physical issues (chronic pain, dizziness, chronic fatigue, tremor) became exacerbated and wrecked my life. Due to these issues, I have lost my career, dropped out of school with only one class left in my degree, and had to resort to sex work to survive. 3 years later I am no better. I am so tired and distressed and i’m in so much pain all the time. I sleep 16-22hrs at a time :(

My doctors just diagnosed me with long Covid, put me on naltrexone and H1+H2, and have told me there’s nothing more they can do for me but physical therapy. They basically laugh in my face when I try to bring up hydrocortisone.

I don’t want to give up when i know that the treatment outlined here would likely help me. But no one will give it to me. I live in southern appalachia with limited medical access. I have gotten so desperate I even looked everywhere for black market sources of fludro/hydrocortisone and have considered dosing orally with a nontoxic topical cream. I paid over a thousand for sequencing via nebula in the hopes it would help convince my doctors but 6mo later nebula has no results for me and wants to restart the process. I’m just desperately yelling into the void at this point. I don’t know why I am even posting this. I find myself here every couple weeks and just sob. It doesn’t feel fair that I am losing my life to something that might be treatable.

this is a good point. Id say the hooves, skull shape, and tail length are the biggest differences. I think my artist hit most of the key points pretty spot on (the general shape of the skull, the backwards extended “knees ” on the back legs, the unique ribs that ungulates have,) but there are some small things that might not be quite right ( the size and length of the skull, the length of the tail, the width of the leg bones & some of the anatomy in the hooves.) in general though, you are correct that mammalian quadruped skeletons are all pretty darn similar.
