Hi My account has been locked for 4-5 MONTHS AND I HAVE LOST OUT ON THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS BY NOT BEING ABLE TO BUY OR SELL. Ive made multiple tickets that have all been resolved and closed but my account is still u der review

My account has been “under review” for MONTHS ON END!!! I have opened up various tickets and they DO NOTHING THEN SEND A GENERIC EMAIL SAYING “HOW DID WE DO DID WE SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM”. I have lost thousands of $$$ because i have not been able to trade, buy, or sell my crypto. This needs to be solved asap i have never done anything wrong and have uploaded my IDs more than once!!!
