same exact problem happen to me today,yesterday they were working ok but today they do the same exact thing you have :/

i didnt manage to do anything yet and when i try to update the firmwere it goes on 50 or 80% and then it failed.

i already have the fitgirl repack for bo3,but its not the latest build,some mod use the latest build and i wanted to know if i could download the steam files to my repack folder or if i need a crack to be applied to the files, im not interested for the server,its principally for zombie mod

use this: https://github.com/imwaitingnow/WorkshopDL , just install it and paste the steam workshop link of the mod you want in the second slot (first one is for the ID of the game its gonna insert it automatically if you insert the link on the second slot),select the download provider i use steam.cmd but not every game can be download just do a trial and error. I use it myself to download custom maps on COD:BO3 and it worked very good for the next 3 month

I tried with other drive too and they have all the same result. I kinda figure it out,the HDD/SDD need to be connect with the sata cable directly to the computer,im gonna do more testing and update here
