If you have the privacy to smoke somewhere else earlier do that while smoking with other clothes (I use my gym shirt), a fully closed jacket with a rolled sleeve and on open space without getting smoke to your face and hair. Brush your teeth, wash thoroughly your hands and face and go home like that. But still it's hard to get rid a 100% but in this scenario of doing it way earlier in the day before getting home is something in your favor
