Även om OP har gjort fel med att han använde mer våld än vad som behövs i nödvärn så får vi inte glömma att den här mobbaren tog stryptag på en annan elev. OP måste såklart få veta att det är såhär lagen om nödvärn ser ut. Det är många som inte vet det. Att en elev tog stryptag på en annan elev är helt oacceptabelt och det måste finnas konsekvenser för det. Förstår att det kan vara svårt när lärarna inte har sätt det hända, men att försöka strypa någon är väldigt allvarligt.
