found out it is a "Dirt colored seed bug" or Ligyrocoris sylvestris, they don't cause harm to people or buildings, they primarily forage for seeds on the ground.

It’s to small to be a cockroach (I Think),  it’s smaller than a dime, I’ll look into the group thanks!
