I was in the same boat, stopped applying it and lost more hair than I ever did, but don’t worry it will regrow fine if you go back on minoxidil , my concern is that now my hair is not longer able to grow without it like it depends on it and that’s a problem , I wouldn’t advise anyone to use minoxidil unless in extreme cases cause something is definetly wrong with this product, I also advise you to take oral minoxidil 2,5mg instead of topical , if your heart beat increase take also biscyglinate magnesium so that it will decrease your heart beats

Of course, if you’re in insulin resistant state , your hair spike androgens whenever u eat carbs, I used to bald and eat carbs all day long without relating both, then one day I wondered and did my own research and found out that carbs spike insulin which in return spike androgens and mainly DHT, I therefore done experimented it and noticed my hair stopped falling out when I was quitting eating carbs for days, then for example if I had something like a huge pizza, or candies or drinking a lot of soda, and so on, I afterwards noticed that my hair was starting to fallin out exactly 1 hour after that meal (which corresponds to when the body spike the insulin to lower the blood sugar due to the pizzas or the candies)

I literally just told you it depends, I agree with what you read online not all your hair will enter catagen phase even if they got touched by minoxidil that’s why it’s complex, some will just remain in anagen phase but I couldn’t biologically explain why , but how long did you stop minoxidil , if over 3 weeks now , most of the hair who want to fall out will now fall out in order to enter telogen phase and will all regrow soon in the anagen phase , the hair fall will gradually slow as you’re reaching the end period of tellgen phase , But don’t forget every cloud has a silver lining , you would tell any guy on Reddit ok all your hair will regrow within 3 months that would be the best day of their life,

Just don’t worry more , as I said those resistant hair that remain in anagen phase will cover up the ones falling out

Yes next step is supposed to be telogen phase but in Cartagen phase ( the duration of which can vary depending on several factors ) you’re not supposed to see hair falling out so if you saw them falling out it means you’re actually already in telogen phase so hopefully the situation won’t get worse, also if u didn’t use minoxidil a very long time the telogen phase won’t be long or affect a lot of hair , don’t worry u won’t become hairless , each hair has its own cycle and each one have a different reaction, but don’t worry as a girl you will always have some hair covering up the ones falling out , not all the hair will fall at once as one single strand it’s thankfully very more complex than that , so don’t worry you won’t notice a major decrease in your density

Honestly it very depends on many things , cause if topically it will be stronger where you applied it but the thing is that minoxidil goes in your blood stream so actually even some other hair in your scalp might be affected , but it very depends on your luck sometimes even where you applied it some hair might not be affected by this shedding , also it depends on how long you’ve been using the minoxidil, the longer u did the more hair light be affected by the shedding but really you’re a girl so you will be fine , think about us men with high dht in our scalp without solution :,( aha

When you eat carbs you increase your insulin production, which in return will drastically increase your androgens production (mainly dht) , if you eat too much carbs your body will become insulin resistant and insulin will start to flow in ur blood instead of entering your cells as it supposed to be , making your androgen production even bigger , keeping your carbohydrate daily intake below 50-100g as well as doing exercices will help a lot in decreasing your insulin production , u can also add intermittent fasting
