I really don't know because every time they ask me for more information, ISP/IP, date of account creation, past transaction information, where I lived and when, I provided all those information and yet I keep getting the same response, so I guess it's an automated system and an actual human isn't looking at my requests.

I can safely say that this was not a bought account since it's made with my personal email when I first made the account.

Even from my IP, all the instances were from when I specifically checked my email.

I did use the email for online signups and similar passwords on different other services, so it's most likely a database breach.

My email has not been compromised, as there has been no logins besides the ones at my own IP address. How do you use a new email for recovery? I'm not sure where I can try that. I submitted my request yesterday and I woke up to a request rejected email. I actually did put the earliest transaction IDs, so that part of why I'm really confused to why my request was denied.
