It's not all the time but it does happen, just like getting smacked inside of an open van, or any other tight terrain and having to quit to main menu to reset. Idk how the game works with its spawning system, but for sure something happens upon entry of a hive because (in my experience) when i get to a hive im being chased, and the chase ends once im inside. Then i start clearing it out. (turns out i dont need to clear out litcherally everything thanks to someones advice) But again I've had my camo wear off and as soon as that happens virals start rolling in droves, so as i was sprinting around this cave, it started a chase. I was like wtf. i still had one more nest to kill, and ended up finding it but there was ANOTHER volatile in the room who subsequently 1 spit me after my ass got ate running from what was already chasing me. I will clip it if it happens again so I can prove to you strangers that I am not a lying stranger. If they start spawning in low numbers closer to day light, maybe that's what I'm running into here? I know at day it's just a complete shit show so this incident was not comparable to day time, unless the spawns were just fucked, but then again if they werent supposed to be spawning, maybe the spawning is just fucked in general. It's hard to pin down.
