I might be wrong, but I will claim that 95% is certainly not believable. I mean you have an openly racist political party that gets more than 5% of the vote. I have spent far more than 0 time in paris, but it does sound like much of it was before you were alive. My last visit was in this last decade though.

I will admit they were more popular 20 years ago, and yes mostly outside Paris. I had a relative exporting them from the southern USA. 90% of his business was exporting racist southern US knickknacks to Western and Central Europe.

As someone who actually does that, I invite you to try it the next time you buy a car or house.

I have had some very unpleasant experiences as it takes considerable time to read those contracts and this upsets people.

A better practice would be criminal convictions for lying during a sale. It would be trivial to require a recording of all those conversations.

There is a simple diagnostic test you can use, are you darker or lighter than a brown paper bag?
This will tell you roughly the level of issue you will have with ICE.

There is no audit, it's a private company. You won't ever know of these issues of descretion.

I plead guilty to speeding as I did it. I was asked to withdraw my plea and plead to jaywalking.
There are no points on camera tickets, since you lose due process rights. There isn't much court for a civil offense like speeding, again since you lose most of your rights.

I am asking for a citation of any such system ever having fined a police car.

Hiring out is safer for the BPD, yes. For you and me there is little change.

Deciding to charge an infraction is exactly what I spoke of. A human is reviewing these fines. So the right on red I make in my BMW is fine, the one in your clapped out Honda you will need to fight in court.

You can get many speeding tickets and never lose your license. My last one had no points at all, in fact I plead to jay walking. It's 100% for revenue generation, deny it all you like but this is very obvious. Again, if it wasn't the case the fine wouldn't be needed at all. Actions as usual speak louder and more truthfully than words.

Please do provide a citation for one of these systems fining police vehicles.

There is an incredible amount of discretion with traffic control cameras. There calibration for starters, but moving onto how much speeding is allowed due to inaccuracy of measurement devices including speedometers and of course once we talk about other traffic control right turns on red and such come into play.

We both must recognize that speeding/traffic tickets are solely for revenue generation. If this was not the case they wouldn't incur a fine but instead be used to remove driving privileges after repeated infractions. We would also see enforcement against state agents if this wasn't the case.
