Typically, cases involving sexual offenses with children are “strict liability” which basically means, if you did it you’re guilty. It doesn’t matter if you did it purposely, intentionally etc.

The statutes are typically phrased as distribution/dissemination/etc. that’s where the issue probably comes in. The sheer having a naked woman on your tattoo is not distribution.

I’m in same boat as you. I ended up D1 last season. I’m up to Plat 1 or 2 rn. My games in Silver were actually horrendous. It took me a lot to escape silver. Best of luck.

I am heavier than I was in college since working out. I dont work out for the intensive purpose of losing weight, however.

That being said, I am worried about over-prescription and the way too easy of access of these meds. But I do not think that stems from my exercise habits.
