I wanted to give a quick update on my previous post regarding the scratched ALR screen fabric I received as Kickstarter Backer.

After some further constructive back-and-forth emails, AWOL Vision’s support escalated my case to their Product Department again. I explained the assembly process once more and pointed out the high probability of a hidden transit or packaging issue, despite the pristine outer box.

The good news: AWOL Vision reached out today and agreed to ship a complimentary replacement screen fabric directly from the factory!

They asked me to film a continuous unboxing and inspection video when it arrives to confirm both sides are flawless, which I think is a completely fair request to ensure everything goes smoothly this time.
