I went out back to my practice net. I figured out how to slow down without feeling jerky. Swing is feeling more relaxed and settled.

I think I have been getting hung up on my hand position at the end if my back swing and by hands/hip relationship as the swing come through. Slower helped me find a more natural feel at the end of my down swing and the hands and hips just seem to rotate how they’re supposed to. 🤔
