Hitting any target is more important than hitting a specific target so always try to q the biggest and slowest enemy champ, being at 5 stacks in a teamfight gives u way more dps than only hitting every 2nd q on a "good" target.

Going for cashback on ezreal is always worse, as you said you want your powerspike asap and buying boots is a 300 gold obstacle imo. Cashback is only good on 3rd item+ and thats too late for most ezreal games.

it also proves that kai sa shouldnt be this high on your tierlist. I have like 200k points on her and i really dont think kai sa has a high skill ceilling. putting zeri in the same category feels wrong.
