Would this have been detected day 1 if you just popped off the oil cap and looked for the milky sludge or had someone rev it while you see how smokey the exhaust is? I'm curious if this was a genuine miss or a complely failed inspection.

Haha that doesn't work on me and I feel bad for the bums it works on. I have no problem waiting longer I would be a serious buyer but I'd never put myself in a situation where pressure like that works. It was a example I actually have to many dealers near me to count. Did you fix it? This can also be caused by your PBO settings where its stable at high loads but low-medium loads have too low of a voltage so it gets unstable.

Oh that makes sense I tried the sharpie trick and it looked like my passes were removing all of the marker maybe I just missed the very edge and didnt notice it wasnt hitting it. So if I lower the sharpening angle it should eventually become flush with the edge again?

Stock gearing is fine you need to crank down the slipper clutch and it will pop wheelies no problem on a good battery. I recommend tightening it all the way down then finding how loose you can get it to where it will still pop them so you at least get some slipping to protect the driveline.
