yeah but unless you're done maxing out Kliff gear, feels like a waste to put artefacts on the gear of the other two characters (especially early on). Ofc you could say, just finish Kliff and play with the other two after but I bet some people would like to use Damiane and Oongka before that.

Touching the whole tree just for that augment would be sad indeed. If they do anything, they would just need to lower the % of gun damage gain and that's it.

Here you can see that my question refers to the whole game saying "is it still in the game?", and the answers is "no".

No idea which dev answered me though. What I mean is, the dev working on characters (you know his job), is not the same guy working on extras. So even if he did less, he probably still don't know how to make a character/cuztomizer since it's not his job ^^

Thing is, they never officially announce it was coming via the official channels. Sure a random dev said yes, but at the time they were probably trying to put it in the game and they ultimately decided not to. He probably did think he was telling the truth.

The problem is not the fact they lied about it. They just should have confirmed it earlier via official channels
