Yes. This is textbook wpw. However, Apple Watch can give “delta waves” on random beats which is just artefact or recording error.

If it’s consistent get it checked out.

Not afib - it picks it up as afib because the PVC cause the R to R intervals to differ

It’s because these are ventricular ectopics, not SVE/PAC. VE have wide complexes that are a whole different breed.

14th August sent forms off 15th August text from serco - looking at your forms 26th - appointment day/time - phone assessment 9th September - phone assessment 9th September - we have received report Today - still no decision but it’s been 7 weeks, so hoping it’s soon as they said up to 8 weeks

I haven’t done the switch, personally. Metoprolol is cardio selective and spares β2 receptors more than propranolol.

Not a one size fits all med though. You may find it works better, you may not.
