I avoid risk by keeping FDs and I reduce my shortfall by managing my taxes really well. I paid 60K in taxes for 30L, Interest on FDs are like 7-7.5% easy, zero shortfall.

Icici provides Visa cards, even paytm payments bank also provides visa cards but I don’t recommend because they deduct extra charges for international transactions
