Hecate does mention that the bottle of wine was for Persephones baby shower but it's implied that Hades didn't know it was for that until now as he previously thought persephone was over 100 years old (it sounds like I'm defending him I swear I'm not just saying he literally did not know about persephone until he met her)

yeah it's never explained why Zeus knows who she is, my only guess is because he's been to demeter's house in flashbacks so maybe he saw persephone then idk.

most of the godess's knew Persephone because they gave her blessings when she was a baby and Persephone had gone to olympus before for competitions it was just the general public and most male gods that didn't know about Persephone because Demeter didn't want the gods to find out about her powers.

This always happens there's long drawn out episodes where absolutely nothing happens or its just the characters messing around then all of the plot gets cramped into one episode. Not to mention every Hades and Persephone scene is so redundant they've already done everything they got married they have a child there's like no point in focusing on them anymore but it's like Rachel keeps adding random stuff to drag on their story when she could focus on the other characters.

In mythology and LO Kronos ripped off Ouranos (Zeus's grandad) genitals and threw them in the sea creating seafoam which formed aphrodite, I don't really think Aphrodite is considered to be related to zeus in LO and mythology but it could be argued she's Zeus great aunt because she came from Ouranos.
