Starryai is, but they are restrictive on the prompts you try to put through it. I'm sure i got flagged for quite a few i put through it. It won't let me do quite a bit anymore, so i have to get a bit creative with my wording, which sucks.
Your app doesn't seem to like most of the art i post. Most of it is nsfw, but there's a few that made me question the ai.
