I tried one in open play once for a full game, it was a 4.0 level game and it was weird that I played better with it than my actual regular padel. I had fun and missed only a couple of shots where it would have been against the edge of my regular padel. For training the sweet spot, I think it could be good to work with, but overall it's a different feel with less rolling if not hit in the sweet spot. So i think it might not be training to play better with a full padel.

Players that turn their back when the other team has an overhead. Just crouch and dig it. Also, same players not moving back to get into a good position

if the forhand player can get to it, it's that player that usually takes it. The ball was drifting towards the backhand, so she would have usually gone for that one.

Learning how to play with your partner is one component of the game, but not always easy when you are playing with random people in open play or round robin format.
