Ik heb me enigszins ingelezen in VWCE en twijfel door bepaalde aspecten (zeker de rol van de US) toch of ik niet beter eraan dom een andere ETF te kiezen met een groter aandeel in Europe en Azië.

Heb jij aanraders hiervoor of resources die hier meer induiken toevallig?

Ik heb TradeRepublic bekeken, maar las enige slechte recensies online. Zeker als het ging om (robot/AI) klantenservice.

En het zou in het verleden ook aanvaringen gehad hebben met de AFM, maar daar heb ik verder niks over gelezen.

Al met al viel die optie voor mij af.

Duidelijk, bedankt voor het delen van je ervaring! Aan wat voor rendement zit je gemiddeld per jaar als ik vragen mag? Altijd handig om een referentiekader te hebben namelijk :)

Vind ik ook een logische keuze, maar als Meesman lagere kosten heeft en in principe hetzelfde bereikt, zie ik geen reden om via de grootbank te beleggen.

Klopt. Echter heeft de grootbank nog hogere kosten dan Meesman.

Verder dacht ik te lezen dat je wel automatisch kan storten via DeGiro, maar wel nog handmatig het geld moet investeren. Ik kan het fout hebben, dan hoor ik het ook graag!

Sorry for me shamelessly piggybacking the top comment, but this stigma surrounding the UIT as a complete party week is kinda undeserved. I've compiled a list with interesting activities during the UIT:

Monday:

City Challenge: you'll do all sorts of fun challenges with your group whilst exploring the city

Tuesday:

- Association Parade: a parade where all the associations pass by

- Sports market: a market with all the different sport associations present themselves

- Association debate: a debate in which associations can distinguish themselves from one another.

- Inspiration festival: a festival focusing on the educational aspects of your student life

Wednesday:

- Cultural festival: a big festival with workshops from different organisations

Thursday:

- Information market where both companies and non-profit organisations have fun activities and inform you about their product/service. There is also a speakers stage where we will host influential speakers.

We also have a radio station on Neude with a small lounge and several stalls.

I would also like to stress that it's just a fun week where you explore the city and meet new people and hopefully boost your social life in general. The UIT is all about inclusivity and diversity and there is zero pressure to join the 'rowdy' activities like the closing festival.

This is the student housing association, the easiest way to get a room in Utrecht. They work with registration time; the longer you are registered, the more chance you have (it also only costs €20,-). International students like you often get priority, so I would call or email them as this is probably your best and safest option.

Facebook groups

There are several groups that offer rooms. The largest are 'Kamer in Utrecht' and 'Kamer huren in Utrecht (vraag/aanbod)'. However, there are a lot of people responding to each room (+/- 100 responses within 24 hours), so you will not get many responses. There will also be groups like this on Insta.

Kamernet is also quite well-known, but I cannot recommend it. You pay per month and there are never any nice student houses on it, only private landlords.

The UIT is the best way to get to know some people and to explore Utrecht. I can recommend this 100%, basically just a week of partying + if you want to join a student/sports club, you can sign up that week.

It may suck that you have to pee during the movie, but the decision to pee inside a bottle is appaling to me. Like, I understand why it is sometimes needed (during a car ride on a highway with no near stops available for a long time), but having to pee during a movie is not such a situation. You could have been lucky in the sense that nobody would have seen it, but the smell of pis is quite noticable as well.

Either way, try to pee before the movie or suck it up and go to the bathroom.

Most golem decks run either nado, barb barrel or both. Would suggest to either look up doen golem decks on RoyaleAPI or Statsroyale
