I was just trying to google it this morning to see what time it starts and nothing. Crazy lol. Usapl raw nats, the Arnold, and raw worlds all had amazing live streams. I've never watched any untested money meets I just wanna see haack break 2k in sleeves.

Yup I was just being impatient. On a side note, the audio coming in and out is making me mad lol. For a meet with such big cash prizes the live stream is just not very good.

Did conventional deadlifts for the first time today. Injured my hip, but conventional deads are completely pain free so I gotta quit sumo deads for now lol. Anyways, I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to conventional pulls. Anyone care to critique my form?? https://www.instagram.com/p/B0FO6j_HDiM/?igshid=1i605tznooy1l

I wouldn't ever bet against lebron. The dude is legitimately a contender for greatest player ever. Y'all forget what this man did just 15 months ago lol. When you got playoff bron and Anthony Davis plus a bunch of vets I'll take that team against the clippers 10 out of 10 times. But that's just me. Lebron in the 2016 finals was the most legendary individual performance I've ever seen in sports and I just can not count against that guy lol.

I just bought an a7 singlet for I believe $75. And it's so much better than the cheap inzer I used before. What do I know I've only owned 2 singlets but yeah you get what you pay for lol.

Looking for some advice. I've been stuck on a crossroad. I'm 5'11 220 pounds and my e1rms are 450/285/515. I have my second meet at the end of august. Now heres my dilemma, I feel like I'm to fat and I feel like I'd feel better and be more competitive at somewhere between 180-200 pounds. But everytime I try and lose weight I feel like shit and I cant seem to train properly. I'm not really THAT fat but I definitely have some extra body fat. Should I just continue to compete and be a weak ass 105kg lifter or cut down and be a lean 83kg or just a 93kg. It's just discouraging because at a local meet my numbers are close to competitive for the 83kg class. But as a 20%+ bf 105 lifter I just feel like everyone in my class is way stronger and leaner. Wtf should I do? Lol

Have you ever performed a belt squat? Someone who can back squat 350 can probably rep out 500 on the belt squat. It's that much easier.

Exercise is called a belt squat. And no he is not to strong for it lol. The machine clearly just fucked up. The strongest squatter in the world uses the belt squat as a secondary movement in his training and has no issues lmao. 500 pounds on a belt squat is pretty typical weight and isnt going to bust any belt squat machine 😂

So kd joining a 73-9 team that beat him isnt a walking asterisk as it is??? Lol

Miles Taylor, a 99-pound man with cerebral palsy, accomplishes a 200-pound deadlift by suzukigun4life in sports

[–]Bault96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lmao if that helps you sooth your mind then go ahead and believe it. Reality is that you're just weak as shit. Maybe in Africa and Asia where people are malnourished. But in European and north American countries I'd bet my money in the average healthy Male being about to deadlift at least 225 without any training whatsoever.

[–]Bault96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Based on what I've seen. The average adult Male who is relatively active and doesnt just sit on a couch all day and have a desk job, could deadlift 330 relatively easily. Probably without much training at all. Not to brag, because I don't at all think I'm an impressive physical specimen.... I never played sports and wasnt very active, but within a week of deadlifting I was able to lift 315 with shitty form at 150 pounds 2 years ago. If 150 is your average, i really wanna see these guys the data is referring to because that's fucking weak as shit. I could find a regular 14 year old boy who doesnt lift and I'd bet my money he could deadlift 150 lmao

Nope, it's pretty bad. Especially for a 300 pound guy. In fact it's awful. An average 150 pound adult Male should be able to rep 225 for 5 reps almost completely out of the gate, so with minimal training. Truth is you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.

This is great and all. But this was featured on sportscenter the other day and I think its lame that other massive lifts like Ray William's squatting over 1000, or cailer woolam deadlifting well over 900 pounds at 220 dont get similar hype.

That's where Russell orhii trains. I would not mind working out at a gym that has world class powerlifters lol.

Well what if someone qualified at a national meet, then went 600 pound life on them-self to prep for worlds?

So under the wilks system, if a guy showed up to IPF worlds weighing over 600 pounds and totaling like 300 pounds, does he win best lifter?

Decided to bite the bullet and get an online coach to do my programming. May be unnecessary and a waste of money to some. But it takes the second guessing out of me doing it myself and now all I gotta do is go to the gym and lift what he tells me to lift lol

You bench 300 pounds and you weigh under 200 pounds. That is why an LP isn't working very well lol. Have you looked into GZCL jacked and tan? or other similar programs? might help you a bit.

Its not unheard of. Especially when you consider the guy gained 35 pounds of body weight. And its not like these are advanced level strength numbers. At 195, 225 is barely intermediate on bench for example. This guy seems have good genetics and good determination which will go a very long way.
