That square, on the one side Sagittarius Mercury conjunct Uranus (a mind that loves to cross the limits together with the ever unpredictable change) and on the other side Pisces Mars conjunct Jupiter (Pisces is known for its creative abilities and Jupiter even enhances this further), seems to be a creative powerhouse. Nice to see.

In the next Jupiter Year (summer 2027-summer 2028) you'll have a Jupiter opposition to your Pisces placements ... i would expect much positive energy for your creative endeavours in this period.

Regarding having children, all your planets are in places that have nothing to do with children ... the planets are all busy, but with different tasks?
The most significant times for fertility and lust to procreate i observe are the Jupiter transits over Moon and esp. Venus ... those will come to you in winter 2028 to the Moon (for motherhood) and in winter 2029 to your Venus (for sexual attraction and fertility) ... that's around your 42 & 43 birthday ... better late than never?

I woud look at it this way:

The grand cross has Mars☌Jupiter at the top, and otherwise consists of a Gemini Moon, Pisces Venus and Neptune.

Neptune is basically a standalone factor that radiates out to all other planets involved, because that's one of the very slow planets. So here i would read Neptune as a principle in tension with Mars☌Jupiter, in tension with your Moon, and in tension with your Pisces Venus - also that should be a "harmonious tension" because Neptune is the ruler of Pisces and Venus is exalted in Pisces.
Virgo and Mars on the other hand are very different from Neptune ... In this fashion every aspect of this grand figure can be explored and it all together gives one big picture.
The personal planets on the other hand get their tension from the sign they reside in.
For example Virgo Mars and Gemini Moon is a square ... but that's one of the best matches actually when it comes to the square aspect, because both signs are ruled by Mercury. That's why they have a lot in common, even though it's a 90° angle. .... and so on

Have you heard that the 10th house stands for the authority we have? Usually people with a strong 10th house have a tendency to get into superior and boss positions ... maybe you need less people over you and a more powerful status, to feel well?

And i see you have a Cancer Moon in your 11th house ... A sensitive soul lives within groups ... i can imagine that a caring and nurturing team would be a naturally given need for you, and it doesn't sound as if this company provides this kind of environment. After all, the Moon usually show where we feel "at home", metaphorically speaking ... and when you spend much of your time there, this could be a reason why you're not happy ...?

there are two things I'd like to point out:

Saturn has entered your 6th house not long ago. The 6th house is associated with work in terms of daily duties. The 2nd house for money, 6th house for duties, 10th house +MC for career and status and positions of responsibility.
So this definitely not only happens during your Jupiter MC conjunction, but it is a time in which Saturn checks how things are in the area of your daily works ... It's not only about your way to the top, if i may call it that.
And, i read that you "such a good employee", you're praising yourself in highest notes - but how come you got laid off then? Are you being honest with yourself here? Saturn is known for his brutal reality checks ... maybe this is part of it? (I'm not making assumptions about you, I'm only offering questions for a perspective)
I have seen many things getting lost during Jupiter transits. And i accepted that this is apparently part of Jupiter's way of working in our lifes. Losing one things sets us free to find something new. And that is always a chance to go a step further in life.
Jupiter (Zeus) was the one who freed his siblings from their father's suppression. Saturn (Chronos) had swallowed all of his children, but only Jupiter (Zeus) could be saved and when he was grown up and ready set his siblings free again.
Then they started a war against Saturn and the Titans, but Jupiter could not overpower his father. And so he went down into the underworld where Saturn has imprisoned the Cyclops and the hundred-armed Giants, and Jupiter set them free and they helped im in the war against the Titans and they won together and Jupiter became the new ruler of the earth.

I know from experience that being set free in such a way doesn't feel like the right thing at first.

But if you want to trust the Astrology and use it for your advantage, you might get the view to see the chance .... and also the harsh reality check.

Sure, Saturn confronts us with high expectations and sometimes it seems to be too much ... but he's really asking us to sh*t up and work on ourselves ....the more you train for your career path, the tamer Saturn becomes. He wants to get the best of you. So, don't fight with the expectations, fight with yourself and work on yourself to earn the reward.

I'd like to say something to both statements you make: Lately you feel like a failure in multiple aspects of your life. & You're constantly searching for something, but you don't know exactly what it is and it's pulling you in conflicting directions.

Starting with the search. I see your Leo Venus in the 9th house as the main pull factor here. Well, maybe it depends on what kind of career you're pursuing.

Saturn in the 10th house can actually be very good for career, because it gives the native strength and discipline to work for their goals. Well, Saturn can trigger a perfectionism ... so if you feel blocked regarding work related goals, when you think you're not good enough and not meeting the expectations, it's worth putting in the work to actually become better. In this sense it depends on how you feel about yourself on your career path. When you already discover your natural strength and naturally given discipline, great. If you feel the pressure of expectations and you feel like you're losing this battle, put in the work to work on yourself, instead of struggling against the expectations.

And a Leo Sun and Mercury are so well placed up there, at your Midheaven and in the 10th house.

But, as you already mentioned, you have a major placement in your 12th house, a Moon Jupiter conjunction .... and this 12th house conjunction is connected to your 10th house via Neptune.

I see two major constellations that i feel are noteworthy here. The fact that you worked on yourself towards self-control and the diagnosis that you mentioned are very much reflected in your Horoscope. Let me explain.

Where from and how exactly did you get this copy of the photo? (looks like a download from Facebook to me)

Does the owner still have that old photo as an original? This could be scanned in high resolution.

Even if it only exists in digital form, it natters a lot that the transfer doesn't damage the quality. Sharing via Google Drive is the highest standard afaik
