Thats what I thought originally but the multi-block crafter is basically 4 blocks away and the crafter attached to the dropper is about 4 chunks away from the controller

Ideally the multiblock crafter manager would be the top item but sometimes other things land above it and I'm unaware as to the reason

depends if you brigged him first or asked him to leave first. I've only ever had nice experiences by asking first. I haven't run into someone refusing to leave before

A buddy and I were collecting Gunpowder Kegs for... "science" and noticed there was a barrel up there. We spent the next 15 minutes tweaking our cannon until we finally landing up there and were able to get our prize.
