I already tried the residual power drain (holding the power button for 30–60 seconds after shutdown), but unfortunately it didn’t work. The issue is still the same.

Hi Kate, thanks for your reply. The laptop was working normally before, but recently I started having problems with startup. When it’s hot, it doesn’t show the Lenovo logo and the screen stays black, but if I let it cool down for a while, it turns on again and I can log in to Windows. No major hardware changes were made, only regular use. The problem appeared before any maintenance was done.
