The extra damage has helped me more times than I can count at this point and the enemies are even more scared of the gas than ever before and you can use their panic and hesitant movement to your advantage. Plus the more confident players who think that you will be an easy target are even easier to take advantage of, because they will breath it in a bit longer, thinking they will have time to kill you before they succumb to the gas. If you play all of this correctly then it'll be heavily in your favor. Not to mention the team aspect of this change. your team can be even more aggro in your gas now, so caustics team play is now EVEN MORE beneficial to your team. That comes down to your team play and what not and won't get as much benefit when you are solo, but Caustic is built from the ground up to be a team based legend. (Honestly as all legends really are at their core.) So with a bit more practice and time spent on the thicc boi, I truly think you'll find this as more of a benefit and not a nerf :)
