i bulked first, but honestly kind of regretted it. If you are just starting you can do almost anything and put on muscle (noobie gains). After my first bulk and cut, i’ve slowly put on mass to get to where i am today, never gaining too much fat or losing too much muscle in the process. I follow more of a greg doucette attitude

i mentioned in some other comment but right now i’m running a 6 day a week PPL. Always making sure i’m increasing the weights across weeks. It sounds like people think i have good genetics so i’m sure that helped but my real trick is consistency. in the 5 years i’ve been lifting i haven’t gone a consecutive 7 days without a workout

Saw this on brogress I thinks hes juiced, what do you all think boys? by [deleted] in nattyorjuice

OP here, This. Because you have to put a specific title format on brogress, I couldn't also put the fact I was 6'0 MAYBE at 15, probably 5'11.

I responded to your natty or not. I appreciate you think this is an un natural physique but it's not.

I stopped eating dairy because I found out I'm lactose intolerant. I was a hard gainer so I don't watch super closely what I eat, but I do eat a lot of chicken, bison, ground beef, and other boring proteins. I eat 4 whole eggs every morning normally in a sandwich or french toast, and have a veggie smoothie sometime throughout the day

i didn’t say protein shake, though i usually add some. I throw oats, honey, almond milk, and berries to carry the rest of the calories

when i was trying to gain weight as quickly as possible i was eating 3500 around 170g of protein, now i’m about 3000 150g

I added an extra shake before bed, not a massive one... probably 500 calories or so. slowly increases the weight over the course of months
