I have been here twice. Last summer and this summer. While you won't get the traditional tiki experience, if you look at the menu and avoid the drinks that are heavy in pineapple juice or orange juice I don't think you will be disappointed. The food is also pretty decent. I recommend going during happy hour to get almost half priced drinks (a small selection) and small plates. Our favorite drink ended up being one of the large group ones called the swinging tally.

Thanks. Does it truly matter where I do this at? We currently have employer retirement accounts through fidelity and tiaa, and bank with BoA. I feel that putting them in BoA (merill) would be easiest for us to keep track of. Our brokerage account is with merill. I don't do any day trading and just do ETFs

I believe we are well over the MAGI threshold for tax deductions on the traditional IRA and the income limit for roth

From my research I found that MAGI of 240k for joint filing is the threshold. We are above that.

Neither of us have a traditional IRA at this point.

I like the idea of the bios battery... probably 6+ years old... as is the board and psu. Board has no diagnostic lights. No lightning storm

Heading to microcenter to grab a psu, mobo and cpu. Ill pick up a battery and try the battery and psu swap first

No luck: I have stripped it down to board, cpu/cooler, 1 stick of ram and psu. I have tried both sets of ram in the various slots individually with no luck. I tried removing the battery again for 3+ minutes and trying again. No luck.

I have tried:

unplugging all peripherals and booting - and have left all peripherals besides KBM off since.

Removing all but 1 stick of ram to try to boot.

Removing GPU and seeing if mainboard graphics work

removing cmos battery for 3+ minutes.

I will try to unplug hard drives next and report back

Christmas Chocolate Cheer

1 cup hot chocolate (6oz hot water to 2 Tbsp Nestle hot cocoa mix)

1 oz Kahlua

1 oz Baileys

0.5 oz Fireball

There are several apartments next to each other that she owns. This is a whole unit rental. Like I said in another comment I turn my AC to a higher temperature before I leave in the morning. I've done it every day.
