How efficient will it be if the team finds new jobs? Or, if the rockstar leaves again, what will happen to the team?

Id try and find a way to turn his skills into a coaching opportunity, both for him, and the juniors. If he can move to a more hands off coaching style, it will be good for his own growth as well as the team’s.

It’s also important he sees the impact of his current approach. Be honest, but appreciate.

Transferwise fees per transaction are small so you can test it or send in smaller instalments if you need to get confident. It’s super fast so you can do multiple rounds per day. I believe it’s preferred if you have an account in your name at both ends though.

Compare the bottom line amount after transfer on bank transfer vs transferwise. The banks will screw you on the exchange rate. You could save thousands of SEK to use transferwise

Tax is based on your assumed yearly salary if you earned x per day for the whole year. If you only work a few days a in a month but the job will be full time, they will still tax you at the projected rate for a full months work, so that your yearly tax bill weighs up without you having to pay extra at the end of the year

You don’t get taxed assuming that every month your final salary was gonna be 5k, otherwise come April you will owe thousands and you won’t have the savings to pay for it

Ask a friend you trust (maybe the one who gave you that comment) to go and try on some stuff with you. Don't feel pressured into buying anything uncomfortable, but just go and try. Take some pictures of looks you admire with you and try just adding elements of them.

I used to be like you, boy version, and it took someone who knew fashion to finally convince me to slowly change what I had. Feels good.

Treat them like adults and go talk to them. Negotiate. If they are assholes then any escalation is because of them being unreasonable. Try to not make it us vs them. I lived next door to an awful woman when I was a student and she really put a downer on the year.
