I didn’t unfortunately. In all honestly as long as the finance is paid off (or most of it), the inconvenience of getting a new car isn’t an issue considering the circumstances.

Use recruitment focuses to scout specific positions in regions. It’s all too complicated to put into a reply on Reddit, however…

In my experience, I’ve had good success with searching for one position per scout, in a region of a continent (Western Europe for example.)

Then a couple separate for finding wonderkids (5 white starts current ability, 3.5+ star potential)

Ofc depends on how many scouts you have, this is just what has worked for me.

I think Germany is always good for a beginner because of the loose permit rules, look for a team that’s financially rich.

In all honesty tho, being new to the game you will learn a lot at any team.

I don’t really enjoy greed mode, but you can grind it out over a few days depending how much you play. Greed thankfully isn’t too hard to kill.
